Upon entering Villa Tangga’s expansive setting, one is greeted by a resplendent white stone staircase that seemingly leads up to the heavens. This impressive entrance derives its inspiration from the steps of a traditional Balinese pura, or temple, and is the portal to a uniquely designed villa created by noted Singaporean Ali Reda. The clean symmetry that prevails throughout all aspects of the space, from general layout to its simple finishes, is a facet of modern minimalist design that Villa Tangga Bali pulls off perfectly and in grand style while also providing all the amenities and services one should expect from a luxury villa in bali.

Accommodation

Each of the spacious and secure bedrooms feature all the conveniences that come standard with luxury accommodation including air conditioning, large flat screen TVs with satellite channels and DVD-music systems, WiFi, safe deposit boxes, queen size beds, en suite bathrooms, beautiful wood floors and modern furnishings.

Master Bedroom

The largest of the three bedrooms, the Master Suite features a substantial walk-in wardrobe, a bathtub imported from Jordan made from a single piece of marble, a private massage/spa area as well as it’s own projection cinema room.

Junior Bedrooms

These three well-appointed bedrooms have full sliding glass doors that look out over the deck and pool area, through the coconut tree lined perimeter and onto the ocean in the near distance.

Studio

Located on the second tier and situated under an immense Wantilan-style roof, the Studio features a separate and private living area with large bedroom that also looks out over the property, manicured lawn and beach beyond. Full size sliding glass doors allow access to a airy terrace where the ocean breeze is ever present.

Fully staffed by local Balinese whose gregarious nature and genteel charm are one of Bali’s best known qualities, the friendly, professional and discreet staff of Villa Tangga will tend to whatever your needs require. Our full time villa manager is in charge of 16 permanent staff members including :

• International chef and assistant trained in local and international cuisine and also in charge of market shopping as well as preparing any meals required. Private catering available upon request

Location

Located in the serene area of Pererenan, about 20 minutes north of busy Seminyak , Villa Tangga Bali rests on are of beautifully appointed landscape surrounded by rice paddies and verdant river valleys within very close proximity to the bali beach that features its own private access. While surrounded by peaceful and traditional neighborhood environs, Villa Tangga Bali is situated close to many of Bali’s main attractions such as the islands best beaches as well as restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. One of Bali’s most famous landmarks, the seaside Tanah Lot mother temple is only a few minutes drive away as is the famous Greg Norman designed 18-hole golf course at the Nirwana Bali Resort , one of the most photographed and challenging golf courses on the planet.
